You seem to still be missing the point. Nova Media can release an exclusive of a film and Kimchi can release an exclusive of the same film. They can both be exclusive as long as they differ in some way. They can be the same steel, but still be an exclusive to that store.

Avengers AOU was announced here after T2 (not exclusive) and Dredd on the same day as T2. Nightcrawler was announced here in July already out some time ago now with the others, surely there will be more news soon for T2.
