I have 4 proofs of Interstellar and one each of TDKR and Tron Legacy if anyone wants to make their own slip. They just need folding and gluing. I don'tt have the lenticular panels but you can have them made. They are laser printed onto 250gm ultra smooth card.

Well, if you already know how to use Photoshop or similar editing software I could tell you. I learned it from one of the ninjas here. But if you've never used such softwares before then I might not be able to help you. I'm not good at explaining stuff in detail like others Here's a slip I made:
