This design reminds me of the Apocalypse Now (IT) Steelbook which is a real hidden gem

If kimchi can do a similar finish on The Pianist then it should look just as awesome and be a very welcome addition to our collections

I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Szpilman in 1997, three years before his death and five before release this great movie.
Artworks looks great, and will buy it for sure only have hope for embossed title, hands and glossy finish. Also a welcome addition would be some booklet and artcards.

This steelbook would be a great addition to my Korean DVD limited edition in digipack with beautiful velvet slipcase. I know that this is only DVD but I love this edition, for me it is one of the most beautiful in my collection  (unfortunately, my poor pictures are not able to fully reflect it)

Embossed and debossed at the same time with debossed border ??? Can't remember seeing that in another steelbook.

Cloverfield UK, T2 Kimchi and Face/Off Blufans all have this ;)
With T2 i was curious how they were going to do it but then i remembered Cloverfield :)
Cloverfirld is very thin though, but Face/Off and T2 are more sturdy than most normal embossed steels :scat:

The hands AND keys will be embossed/debossed! if this is what we have to look forward to in 2014, it's going to be a good year for steelbooks! :scat::oohyeah:

Yep....like I said before, it's the same disc that came in the previously released amaray + slipcover package. No English subs...

I really like everything about this so far... but no english subs could seriously deter me from getting this. That's a major bummer.
