Since the furore generated by the TFA steelbook Disney announced - just over a year ago - that all their steelbooks destined for the UK would carry a spine title instead of thumbnail images.
Quote from mid Dec. 2016 (Steelbookpro in conversation with Zavvi):-
“Oui, c’était bien précisé par Disney. Étant donné la réaction assez négative au steelbook du Réveil de la Force ils ont décidé de mettre le titre sur la tranche de Rogue One et de le spécifier pour rassurer les collectionneurs.”
Bit surprised that Zavvi have not mentioned the spine title in the listing . . . as they've done for other similar releases.

I'd expect to see official artwork pretty soon, and that will confirm the title on spine. Looking forward to this, best Thor since er..Thor..
I think the heads on spines are bit too random , especially when things don't match very well with little or no continuity between releases. Some have spine titles, others have spine heads, some have four heads, some have six heads, some go back to having titles etc. It just doesn't look right when you are collecting a vast number of steels. They should just stick to spine titles. Not having anything is the worst however.
something everyone seemed to have missed is with the head issue what happens with that when infinity wars comes, they would not have enough room.
personally they started with title on the spine and marvel should have just stuck with it and not tried to save money by doing heads on the spine for whole of europe and reducing costs. cos now they are goona upset those that did like it.
personally i just went bought best buy which did have title on the spine and my collection does not look odd like the people that collected zavvi and also if peoples ocd will be a bit screwed even if only in there own heads

I don't think they really put much thought into about the amount of characters, they would just pick the main players. Cap, Stark, Thanos, Starlord etc... or maybe stick anybody on there that unite the films.
Spine titles should have stuck, I agree. I'm not completely against the heads as it something a bit different, but I am pro continuity so all or nothing really for the Zavvi wave. I much prefer spine titles though and not spine titles with an additional image either, just simply the title alone.

Inside is decent. Outside doesn't grab me - for a film with such vivid, vibrant visuals and such cool promo artwork, that looks a fairly safe choice at best.
I’m agree, out of all the posters they choose the blandest. Where is the green?
