In the Latest issue of Home Media Magazine, Lionsgate Home Entertainment announced that on April 14th, they will bring Frank Miller’s THE SPIRIT, based off of the Will Eisner graphic novels, to Blu-ray. It will be released day-and-date with the DVD release. Technical specs have yet to be announced, but you can expect to see AVC video accompanied by a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.
This will be the opportunity for THE SPIRIT to make a splash on home entertainment after it bombed in theaters with movie goers.
