Warner Home Video has announced that they will bring ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’ to Blu-ray on May 26th in its extended cut form. This Kevin Costner film will come on a BD-50, and feature 1.85:1 1080p VC-1 video. The audio specs have not been fully detailed at this time, though we are expecting to see a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack available for this release.

This is my favorite movie of all time. I kid you not when I tell you I have seen it over 80 times. I remember when I was real young counting the times I watched it and the last number I remembered was like 76 and I've seen it a few times in the last 5 years as well.
