Battlestar Galactica Confirmed For Blu-ray This Summer

This past weekend Battlestar Galactica was given a placeholder at Amazon. Amazon has also given it a price point. ($244.99) For all the BG fans out there I hope that this price will come down a bit otherwise it will be scary to think what brick and mortar stores will price it at! If you remember right we announced this last week as a hint to its announcement with possible packaging. (That article can be viewed Here) As of right now, BSG has not yet been officially announced but word is look for a release date around July 28th.

I love Battlestar Galactica. I hope I can afford it though. $245. That's expensive.

The price is a bit steep, but I guess if you were to buy each season separately you would probably end up paying much more. Right? how many seasons are there? I don't even know lol

4 seasons. It is steep, but expect it to come down some on amazon.

It'd be nice if they offered current DVD or HD-DVD owners some type of rebate deal.
