Paramount is preparing a Blu-ray release of The Soloist on August 4th day and date with the DVD. The film stars Robert Downy Jr. as a reporter who helps a musical prodigy who developed schizophrenia in his second year at Julliard and ends up a homeless musician, played by Jamie Foxx.
