The British Video Association (BVA) is launching a £1 million campaign aimed at educating consumers about the benefits of the Blu-ray. The campaign is supported by Sony, Fox, Universal, Disney and Warner, and aimed at HD-ready TV users, PS3 Owners. The promotion is set to appear at the end of the year in time for the christmas push.
The campaign will launch with TV advertising spots across all major British television channels from November and throughout December. The adverts will promote such titles as Harry Potter and Terminator Salvation.
The campaign will focus on owners of HD-ready, satellite HDTV subscribers, and PS3 users.
