The African Queen Announced for Blu-ray Release

Paramount has announced that The African Queen will be making its journey towards Blu-ray hi-def on March 23rd 2010. Fans of this film should be particularly excited since it was never even released on DVD! The Blu-ray is presented in 1080p High Definition with English, French and Spanish Mono and English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles.

This release will come much like previous classics in the sense that you will have the option to get the box set or single disc version.
