Paramount Home Entertainment has set a date for the high definition debut of “American Beauty: Sapphire Series”. The long awaited title will finally be released on Blu-ray on September 21st. The film starring Kevin Spacey has won multiple awards including five Academy Awards®, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Cinematography and Best Screenplay. Not to be party crasher or anything, but the last time we got a Sapphire Series title, Gladiator, it was a huge disappointment so I truly hope Paramount has given this film a well deserved treatment.
