Warner Home Video has announced “Lottery Ticket” for Blu-ray release on November 16. The film starring Bow Wow, Ice Cube, and Terry Crews about a lucky boy whose life is about to get more chaotic as he learns he has won the lottery. This title will be a Combo Pack that includes a BD/DVD/Digital Copy.
