Paramount Home Entertainment has announced “Born to Raise Hell” for Blu-ray release on April 19. An Interpol agent (Steven Segal) is assigned to Eastern Europe task force to deal with the drug and weapon trafficking and gets caught in between a gang war that leaves one of his team members dead. Now he is mad and looking for a vengeance. The film will be presented with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. No further details have been provided at the moment.
