Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced “The Green Hornet” for Blu-ray release on May 3rd. This title will be released in 2D and 3D same day and date. Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) is a slacker by day, party animal by night… until he finds a serious career that’s seriously cool: crime-fighting action hero. As the Green Hornet, he teams up with gadget wiz and martial arts master Kato (Jay Chou) to take down LA’s underworld. The regular Blu-ray release will come in a single disc edition while the 3D will come in a combo pack that will include the Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD version of the film.
