Paramount Home Entertainment has announced “The Island” for Blu-ray release on June 21st. For a while this title has only been available in other countries and it was odd to not see it being released here in the U.S.. The film is directed by Michael Bay and stars Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson as two rogue individuals running away to the outside world from the hands of their harvesters. Unfortunately, no supplements have been announced for this title.
