We are still a month away till we finally get to watch the spectacular MTV Movie Awards but surely many of us are pretty curious about the nominations. Surprisingly enough, it is Twilight: Eclipse that is leading the nominations in a variety of categories.
In the category for the Best Movie, the third twilight sequel, ‘ The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ already has quite a lot of nominations that it would to be a tough competition for the other multiple nominees in the category such as Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 1, Inception, Black Swan and The Social Network.
Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, the two leading hunks of the franchise might be snatching away a combined award in the category for the Best Male Performance, while the other nominees include Zac Efron, Daniel Radcliffe and Jesse Eisenberg. Similarly Kristen Stewart might be proving a competition for Natalie Portman and Emma Watson in the category of the Best Female Performance.
Furthermore, the cast of Twilight franchise even received their fair share of nominations for categories such as Best Kiss and Best Fight awards
Now, all that we have to do is keep waiting for June 5th, when the award ceremony would finally commence in Los Angeles. Many of us are most certainly anticipating who might be winning these fantastic awards and most of us would be surprised to actually find out the results when the show finally gets underway. The comedian Jason Sudeikis would be presenting the show, so stay tuned for the big date.
