Dylan Dog: Dead of Night received enough theatre time and all of those of us who did not get a chance to watch it on the big screen have the opportunity to enjoy the movie right at our homes. It has been officially been announced that the movie will be coming out on Blu-ray on July 26th. If you’re really Brandon Routh fan then you will certainly love this movie, in fact you could start a Randon Routh movie marathon till the Blu-ray version is released.

This ‘horror’ movie stars Brandon Routh, Anita Briem, Sam Huntington, Taye Diggs while the directorial credits go to Kevin Munroe.

The movie stars Brandon Routh, who is quite well known for his role in Superman Returns as the man of steel, as Dylan Dog who is a supernatural detective in the backstreets of New Orleans where he solves murders. His clients range from vampires, werewolves and zombies and he gets about solving these cases armed with an arsenal of wood and silver tipped bullets. The character is also specifically known for his edgy wit which Brand Routh portrayed quite well. Therefore it is safe to say that the movie is more of a horror comedy with an equal share of fights and humor. The movie is in fact base over very famous comic book franchise of the same name and maybe you could read a few before the movie actually releases on Blu-ray.
