Superman fans had certainly been expecting the upcoming reboot film of the entire Superman film series to be released the next. Unfortunately, even though the film entered the principle filming phase in August 2011, but disaster has stricken and the ‘Man of Steel’ by Zack Snyder will no longer be debuting in December 2012. In fact, the release date for the Superman reboot film has been postponed as far as the 14th of June, 2013.
For the fans of the film series and the superhero himself this is definitely quite tragic outrageous news. 2012 was scheduled to be a year of some of the most significant super hero films. Some of those superhero movies that we can expected to see next year include ‘The Avengers’, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’, ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ and finally the year was supposed to have a grand ending with the Man of Steel himself. Unfortunately all such plans have been ruined with the released date being pushed far beyond 2012.
Fans are certainly not too appreciative that that their plans were thrashed and now they have to wait another couple of months to watch one of biggest superhero film release ever. Nonetheless the wait might as well prove worth it and one thing that is for certain is that the movie has not entirely been scraped, so we can definitely expect it to be released in 2013, if not 2012. Hoping that nothing goes wrong, we will be quite busy with all the superhero in 2012, before we actually make it to the ‘Man of Steel’.
