MGM Home Entertainment in conjunction with 20th Century Fox has announced “Straw Dogs” for Blu-ray release on September 6th. The controversial thriller has been carefully restored in order to be released to celebrate its 40th anniversary. The film is one of the most controversial thrillers of all-time and banned in the United Kingdom for over 18 years, starring Dustin Hoffman and directed by Sam Peckinpah.
