One Day Blu-ray To Be Released On November 29

Universal Studios Home Entertainment recently made the announcement that they will be releasing One Day on Blu-ray this November. This 2011 romantic drama has been directed by Lone Scherfig and is being distributed by Focus Features. The story of the film is an adaptation of a 2009 novel of the same name, written by David Nicholls.

The plot of the film, much like the novel, revolves around relationship of Dexter and Emma (Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess), who are two young students who meet in Scotland in 1988, soon after they have graduated. The plot of the film is spread out over the span of two decades as they meet up each year on the 15th of July, the day they had first met. The film also revolves around the twists and turns in their relationship.

The Blu-ray version of One Day will be featuring a 2:35:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. Universal Studios Home Entertainment recently also unveiled the details and also the special features that will be included in the Blu-ray version. At a starting price of $34.98, movie watchers can now place pre-orders of the One Day Blu-ray on Amazon. The Blu-ray version will be officially available nationwide on the 29th of November.
