With Justin Verlander on the cover, Major League Baseball 2K12 (MLB 2K12) is one of those sports games that just keeps getting better each year. All 30 Major league teams are included in the game amd are playable. NIt has been released on PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Microsoft Windows, Nintendo DS, Wii and Xbox 360. As always, 2K games will offer the The Perfect Game Challenge. This is a competition that every year, players that pitch a perfect game are in a bracket system tournament to win $1 million dollars.
MLB 2K12 have made some improvements this time around such as implementing a new throwing system and adds an authentic feel. They also added some batter and pitcher mechanics which made the game more realistic like changing how a pitcher would interact with a player depending on their skills, strengths and weaknesses.
The game has also improved the AI, stadium realism and improved graphics and lighting.
