Paramount Home Entertainment has announced “The Dictator” for Blu-ray release on August 21. The release will include the “Banned & Unrated” edition that you could not see in theaters. The Blu-ray release will inc;lude a DVD and Digital Copy of the film. Check below for a list of supplements.
