The Season Seven of Dexter is slated for release on Blu-ray in May

The Showtime hit Dexter is coming to blu-ray with its Seventh Season. The release hits stores on May 14th and its a killer. This season, Dexter’s secret is out but he still can’t control his impulses and need to kill.
