Based on the true events where inmates are released to do contract killing for officials and politicians, the movie follows 2 cops trying to solve a murder. They discover that the killers are contracted in this way but how far up does this conspiracy go? The movie premiered at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival includes the deleted scenes and bonus features. Expect to see this blu-ray in stores on February 18th.
