Rocket Raccoon is Getting a Solo Series by Skottie Young!

Marvel Comics has revealed that the smallest member of the Guardians of the Galaxy is getting his very own spin-off series. The series is being done by writer/artist Skottie Young and the first picture looks awesome. Young is probably the best artist that they could get for this particular character due to the style of his art. This will be Young’s first time out as both the writer and artist in a ongoing series. With the theatrical release of the movie coming a month later, this is the perfect way to get fans and newcomers excited. Check with your local shop to subscribe to the series!

The Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy comes to theaters on August 1st, 2014
