This past weekend Five Points Festival held their inaugural show which I was lucky enough to attend. The show put on by Clutter Magazine and LeftField Media, and presented by Midtown Comics brought together designer toys, comics, street art, posters, food, and beer.
The exhibitor area was spread over five aisles and featured around 100 exhibitors. This area featured a mix of vinyl and plastic toys, original art, resin, plush, blind boxes, graphic novels, indie comics, blanks, minis, kaiju, and a Japanese vinyl as well as what was labelled Sofubi row featuring some of the hottest and most collectible exclusives at the show from Yesterday Pins, Instincttoy booth from Japan with their artist Hiroto and Toy of the Year King Korpse as well as Rampage Toys, Guumon, Skull Toys, Punk Drunkers, and Goccodo and a personal favorite this weekend A-1 Plastik.
The exhibitor area was also where the traditional comic and toy shops had their booths which included Zenescope, Valiant Entertainment, DC Collectibles, Toy Tokyo, and Super7 to name a few. The Mitown Comics booth was also where a few ticketed comic artists signings were held including Nick Spencer, Brian Lee O’Malley, Greg Capullo, and Scott Snyder
Take a look below at some of the amazing booths and products featured from this weekend at Five Points Festival.

“Fifty-one, forty-nine and a half” is a term from law enforcement meaning just a little off, eccentric, and weird. Not quite legally crazy at 5150, but damn close! It is the best term to describe the artwork you will find here. Whether it be the extremely colorful paintings, the playfully odd art toy sculptures or the uniquely designed boxer art pieces.
