John Rooney is an artist / illustrator from Ireland who embarked on an intriguing endeavor: he watched every single Nicolas Cage film in 89 days and created some original art after the experience. Here is his story in his own words:

“Well the story of the illustration is basically that I watched a Nicolas Cage film every day for 89 days and while sketching a caricature of each role. The project really did give me a new found respect for his acting abilities and craft, never mind the films.” – John Rooney
