HBO Game of Throne Pop-Up Shop for New York Comic Con 2018 [Updated 10/3/2018]

Fans of HBO programming can soon be surrounded by their favorite Funko figurines and merchandise. Funko will be taking over the official HBO Shop, located at 42nd St. and 6th Ave. in Manhattan from October 4th-7th. The event which coincides with New York Comic Con is a must-see destination for fans of HBO characters, Funko Funatics, and con attendees.

Not only will there be a wide array of collectible Funko products including Pop! Vinyls, Pop! Keychains, Pop! Tees, Dorbz, pint glasses and more, from a variety of HBO series but will also be the first place fans can pick up the new wave of Game of Thrones Pops. The new wave of Game of Thrones Pop! Figures include Lord Varys, Yara Greyjoy, Bran Stark, Gendry, Children of the Forest, and a NYCC exclusive “Metallic” Children of the Forest Pop! Figure. With limited quantities the figure is only available at the HBO Shop and shop.hbo.com.

Game of Thrones not your thing? Plenty of other HBO series including Westworld, Silicon Valley®, Veep® and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver® will all be represented.

Running throughout the convention the Pop Up shop will have extended hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday-Friday and from 10:00a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and will feature a unique social media-worthy photo opportunity, including an in-store step and repeat for attendees to pose with their newly purchased figurines.

Today HBO held a press preview of the Funko Pop-Up Shop. On top of showing off all the new Game of Throne Pop Figures and figures from multiple of HBO lines HBO had their Mother of Dragons beer from Ommegang Brewery as well as their 2016 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Wines.
