When you think Star Wars one of the biggest things that comes to mind are the toys and with it Hasbro. As the main producer of figures, roleplay, lightsabers, and more Hasbro was on hand at Star Wars Celebration to show off current and upcoming products from their various product lines. With both a booth presence and a panel Hasbro was able to show off new and upcoming figures from their various product lines including the Black Series, Vintage, Rolplay, Galaxy’s Edge, and Convention Exclusives.
The booth space was moderately sized with a few dioramas though nothing to the extent seen at Comic-Con International. On display were figures that were mostly already available, however once the Hasbro panel took place on Friday the booth started to buzz with displays of the newly announced products. The booth space was also where fans were able, if they won the exclusives lottery, to buy the Phantom Menace Star Wars Celebration exclusive figures.
The Hasbro panel on the other hand is where the die-hard collectors descended eager to learn about new releases. In the Friday panel a lot was discussed from new Black Series Products, Convention Exclusives, and a look at some of the figures only available at Galaxy’s Edge.
Hasbro was also nice enough to send over some detailed images of all the products revealed in Chicago at Star Wars Celebration.
A new Luke Skywalker Helmet was added to the adult roleplay line.

A slew of convention exclusives were teased. First was the Retro Prototype 3.75-Inch Darth Vader Figure; when prototypes of figures are produced the manufacturer will just use whatever color plastic is around and the teams usually get these randomly colored figures. So this will now be a convention exclusive and each figure I believe will be unique from the other. The next convention exclusive will be a Black Series 6-Inch Boba Fett Figure and finally a Vintage Collection 3.75-Inch Original Trilogy Luke Skywalker Jedi Destiny Figure Set.
