I'm a little concerned about my choice of going for the cheapest shipping option. Will it arrive like this:

GB stuff always came EMS, so I got spoiled on the quick arrival and safe content delivery with that service.

That's why I went EMS again and I'm paying a premium, just don't need to worry about dealing with a return
or worrying about not having something in my collection since it got damaged on the way to me.

True. I've went with EMS a few times from the asian retailers myself but I also have chosen the cheapest option most of the times. And to me here in Norway the difference in delivery times haven't been that huge. And to this day I've never had a crushed/f*cked up package delivered, so fingers crossed on this one as well.

I'm trying hard to save some bucks/being a tight a$s where I can.

I know what you are saying there. If it's one thing that my recent office move has taught me, I have too many editions (and noticed by my wife) - so will be slimming down soon.

But things I'll never sell off include my Mondo line, so that I'm splurging on a bit.

That's the key words here isn't it!? I've had sooo many things/purchases to explain over the years that we've ended up in a vacume (in lack of a better word).

Mine's not a collector at all and don't understand s*hit of what I'm doing, lol! I've tried though, I really have. Still love her though.

Contacted customer service - was told mine have been shipped but they don't have the EMS number from the shipping company yet.

Hmm, understand that. Did they say when it was shipped? By the looks of it in this thread it doesn't seem to be many who has received it. Mine still haven't arrived in Norway on it's 11th day.

I asked a couple of times and got the same message back. It's been shipped (but not when) and the system sometimes takes up to 3 days to be updated, I should have it soon.

My problem being, if I have checked the system and it shows "awaiting shipping" status, there's not much I can do with that, 8 or 9 days after ordering.

If it's truly on it's way, it's possible that it could be at my local post before I get the information.

Problem being, if it requires a signature, I'd like to be there when the postal service tries and attempts delivery!

Absolutely, this makes it obviously difficult for you. Strange that they can't give you a date when shipped. And this requires a signature, at least all my packages from PA, Nova, Kimchi do and I can see that in my tracking.

I just got mine today, and I was excited until I saw the deep trench across the front.
You can see it in my pic here. I noticed the one posted by usedtobe appears to have a similar warping.
I've never bought from blufans before, is this standard quality control from them?
