Who the hell decided that that fake Saul Bass minimalist art on the steelbook was any good? It is awful.
It is Pop Art style awful. Looks like they're letting their kids do the art again....

Hope FA can put a nice slip on that atrocity...

for such a film and not so great steel knowing how FA works, they will ensure that the whole package is not defined by the steelbook but it will be the other way around, the package will define this exclusive release.

I'm one of the few who likes the Steelbook. Mentioned it a few times in the uk thread.
Yeah I wanted the IMAX poster on the steel which was a shame but now at least there's another chance to get the IMAX poster on something.
Like I mentioned before I hope they don't try to create their own design for the slip.

The movie is awesome! Claustrophobic, tense with a creeping sense of paranoia that slowly but steadily builds to the point of madness! You never really know where you stand with the characters as the plot twists and turns and ultimately leaves you thinking "what would I do?" The ending is dark and disturbing and as far from a "happily ever after" as you can get!
The best scifi should always leave you asking "what if" IMHO

I actually knew not much of the movie as I always stay away from trailers that after seeing them you feel like you have watched the whole movie

But this took me where I thought it would and the rest I won't spoil for people who haven't seen it but I loved it !

...and J.J Abrams would not put his name on anything other than great...
