Just remember that the first Harry Potter (7.1) was supposed to be a G1 sized steelbook and it was cancelled.

Well I said the date seemed strange, it's just moved again. Release date according to Amazon.fr is now 15th November. Will other move too ? Still showing as "boîtier métal" 2 Blus and a DVD and Digital copy.
Her's a bigger picture from Amazon and that looks G1 to me, not that I mind.

Yeah that's what I thought, I'm not one of those on the anti-G1 bandwagon.

Yeah, I hope FYE makes another go. I loved the lightning cover better on 7.1. The French one is better IMO, but if it's G1, then no go for me as well.

Is there a G1 FR steelbook of Part 1? If there is, this will make a very nice companion for it as a mini-set.

This arrived this morning from Amazon.fr. Can confirm G1 size exactly as in the pic above.

Got my copy too. Definitely G1 which is a shame as it doesnt match part 1, but still an awesome package overall. Comes with 2 bluray disks (Disk 1: film in two versions, one theatrical and one interactive movie mode which is actually great to watch, includes deleted scenes where they are deleted from the film. Disk 2: special features), plus DVD copy and digital download (not tried this to see if it works yet, but on experience of others I will need to contact Warner to sort that one out). Has nice artwork outside and inside, though not embossed.

I think it's the same as the Mexican release, both in G1.

Not sure if the inside artwork is the same though.
