WHOA!!!!!!!! Well, there goes my debating on whether to purchase this film or not. Iffy reviews or not, this saves me from buying the HMV one, and I can get it the day it comes out. This is a "green" light for me.

I'm almost certain that the banner is the foldover cardboard slip and this will be a G2 release.

One clue is that it's the same steelbook design everywhere - Future Shop and Mexico included.

The pic is a little deceiving. It looks G2 at a quick glance, but the more I look at it, I'm thinking G1. It's hard for me to tell based on that pic.

Yeah, it really does look G2, but can't say for certain. Either way, I better cancel my HMV order before it ships. I can always re-order it in case it is G1.

I suspect that its the same G2 release as Futureshops, assuming that FS's is a G2, although I am pretty sure it is.

I am Slip-concurrent or exact releases are not always guaranteed between the two companies. There have been instances where the Steels at FS were not the same size as BB-for instance Twilight New Moon and Eclipse were both G1 at BB, while they were G2 at FS.

I don't myself have any further info.So, lets hope they did decide to go with a "G2", eventually, which would be a nice surprise. I was going to skip this horrendous movie, but since I'd like to see more G2's in the US, for a change, a 'real' G2 may change even my mind...
