Why take the money 9 days ago knowing they have no stock then ?Got a message from zavvi today saying they were waiting for rest of the stock to come into warehouse. No date or other info given
That usually means they arent getting any more lolJust had a response from Zavvi in their usual clear and transparent fashion: there is a problem in the warehouse, it is currently unavailable, it is on special order and they can’t say when it will be available again... so would I like to wait or get a refund?

Probably because they don't even know themselves lol. C'mon, this is zavvi, so I'm not at all surprised. My payment has been taken too, I know it sucks, but I've sent one message and received the initial generic reply, I won't bother asking again. Either it ships or I'll get a refund.
