Unfortunately Discshop.fi won't ship outside Finland.

I'd be happy to help fellow Ninjas to acquire this at cost, but I have to mention straight away that Finland Post rates are not cheap, e.g. a 250-500g "Zavvi-box" signed-for (Air Mail) letter to Europe: 12.30 EUR.

I checked the Swedish release thread, and while it's not mentioned in the thread, that release is exactly the same 3-disc release as the Finnish one (possibly Dischop.se updated their description since that thread was created).

Discshop.se ships outside Sweden, but I have no knowledge of their shipping rates. Their price is just a little bit higher at 299 SEK (approx. 34 EUR at today's rates).
