Info regarding missing Audio Track at Flicker Alley site and Disc Replacement Form:

*Confirmed: No need to send back the original disc*

Dear Flicker Alley Customer: Please note that one of the bonus feature audio options on the Blu-ray disc of our limited SteelBook edition -- A Trip to the Moon in B&W Audio Option 1, featuring Robert Israel's orchestral score and the original English narration written by Georges Melies -- is currently missing its narration track and only features Robert Israel's orchestral score. As such, all Blu-ray discs shipped at this time will be with this orchestral score only configuration.

This only affects the Blu-ray disc of this set. The DVD disc in this publication contains the correct audio for this bonus feature.

We are currently in the process of remastering and remanufacturing a Blu-ray disc which will have the correct audio option for this particular bonus feature, and will make it available by request to customers who fill out our on-line Disc Replacement Form below.

Please complete the following form with as much of your original order information as possible (to verify your purchase) and we will contact you once the replacement discs have been manufactured and are ready for shipment.

DK they ship intl, according to their site, maybe you can just order directly?

yeah the problem DB is, with silly UK customs anything over £15 will get hit and i think this steel comes to around £26 shipped.

was hoping maybe someone in the US could get me a copy and then ship it on to me, as then it can be sent as a gift on the customs declaration and can go up to a value of £40. ;)

DK, yes, thanks for reminding me-I often forget this fact, since we don't face the same here:(

Lets see how it is packaged. These U.S. exclusives from mail order have not had a very good track record lately as far as shipping goes. ex. Sucker Punch SDCC.

I'll pass on packing concerns, I have the studio's main contact.

It would be nice if they could say limited to 4000 on the back of the package or something like they did with that other studio that released a couple blu-rays recently.

I just went to place an order for 2 and noticed that there was a box for "enter discount code". I PM'd Wreck to see if maybe he could get a code for us, where we will be ordering so many.
