Fantastic, this is good news

Hope it's gloss. Was there any news on the US finish I wonder...

Airplane is a Paramount release, so it's region-free.

The cost of importing a US release is quite different compared to a local release.
All the same to me I ordered the US release via Amazon Prime I also live in europe.
And I had no idea Paramount movies were region freee, dont need my region free player to play it :thanks:

Not all of their Blu-ray releases are Region Free only some are

The exception is Warner 99% are region free where it's a Warner Production and distributed by Warner
There are some Warner co produced films that have different distributor in some countries not region free but that's rare

A lot are region free but some are region locked
Sony (A few are region locked in some countries)
Universal (Some films are from different production company but distributed by Universal in USA and not region free example The Foreigner (2017) Apollo 11(2019) these have different distributors outside USA making the Universal USA releases Region A locked)
Disney a good few are region A or B locked
Paramount (A few are region locked in USA Example Braveheart)
