This is not a confirmed release as of yet as I've Entertainment are gauging interest first.

You'll see from the below screen shot - from their FB page here - that they're asking whether collectors would like to see the below artwork as a full slip only or as a SteelBook too, in which case the SteelBook would be released in Japan. If the SteelBook release doesn't happen, then this thread will be merged with the existing slipcover thread here.

A poll has been added to this thread and feel free to let I've Entertainment know your preference as well. The results of this poll will be shared with I've later.

Made a group buy, for USA addresses only. closing it tomorrow evening.
hub shipping via me, not direct.

I dont normally host stuff anymore for kimchi esp if i think one can get direct, but akira sold out fast last time ... so figured this concierge service might be appreciated.
It is appreciated. Thank you.

Limited to 3300 copies
Seriously? They made 3,300 copies of 1 slip! I guess there hoping for thousands of orders out of Korea and China. Wow I can't remember any premium of any film getting that many copies off 1 slip. I'm sure there has been one at some point.
Did the original Kimchi exclusive even have that many copies? I guess it will be incredibly easy to preorder.

I'm maybe in the minority here, but i don't like this release... too much red everywhere with no original art concept
I'm allowing myself to be suckered into buying this just to have a 4K steelbook of the film. Would have been cool if the previous WEA steelbook had included the 4K disc and Blu-Ray bonus disc. That steel is much better with more creative artwork. I'm tempted to put this steelbook in the red lenti of my 1-Click. And might even put the viva metal box in the full slip - or maybe it won't fit because of all the embossing. I guess I could put my UK steelbook in the full slip.

Looking on the bright side, at least they didn't make an expensive 1-Click out of this release.

I sadly missed the WEA release but i have the Amazon release and i'm very fond of it and love the debossing on it but the Kimchi release is one of the best for sure.
Maybe you could wait to buy the regular 4k version when it's gonna be out there.. just a thought

FOMO will probably hit me soon and I'll need to buy it as it's still in stock, even though the other Korean steelbook is far superior (at least in artwork terms since there are no images of live shots of this)
