I'm avoiding all trailers outside of cinema... however things like this sell a movie to me way more... Can't wait!

The budget for this was only $400K, wow that's pretty low. Most of the cast look like teenagers too, I sure hope this is a good movie. Got my E-Ticket ready for Thursday. I checked the auditorium seating just now for this in the IMAX that I'm going to see and not that many have signed up, I thought this would be packed...strange?

Do you mean to say ~40M USD?

I think @GeoRattray is right. $40M, filmed in Hungary and given government grants. That’s what I found on google.

Doesn't mean it's going to be a bad film. Look at what they did for Star Trek 11: The Wrath of Khan. I think it was the cheapest of the original Star Trek films... A fraction of the original Star Trek The Motion picture.

Where have I suggested the film is going to be bad?. I’m confident it’s going to be good-great. I’m all about the use of practical effects, and it’s smart to film in countries like Hungary that will give incentives.

You didn't. I'm just saying budget is no indicator of the quality of a film. Some of the greatest films I have ever seen had very little money and were amazing..... I am "Underwhelmed" by the quality of films these days and tend not to get too excited about franchises anymore.

Sorry, I misunderstood. The Raid films are two of my favourite martial arts films that worked with very limited resources.
