We will split the winning equally among the participants. If we are lucky enough, then I'm sure you'll have plenty of money to fly to the USA to party with us and collect your share

It's not, however, the tax will be paid by the American winner,

that's why we are going to hire lawyer and make sure all tax will be distributed equally among EVERYONE.
