Amazon BS!!

So, I was supposed to get my Uncharted 3 Collectors Edition today...Of course, it doesn't show up..So, I look at the tracking number through amazon and on a side note, it states--"mis sorted"??!!!!..So,I then send an email and ask what that means and this is their reply...

"As per your concern, I've checked the tracking details of the order and found that the item was damage during transit by the carrier. To ensure that you would not receive your item in damage condition the carrier return the item to us.
I'd normally create replacement order in such cases however, I've checked your order and see it was placed with Galactics a seller on our website. Because Galactics's inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon."

Then they go on and tell me to order another one and they will refund my shipping costs, BUT, only if its "sold,shipped and fulfilled by amazon"!!!!..Well, thats the problem, they dont sell it!!

So pissed off right now!!..I was really looking forward to that UC 3 steelbook

Tell me about it man..I was so happy to get it for that price and brand new!!
I emailed the regular customer service as well and went on a small rampage..
I spend alot of money on Amazon, to get the crap end of the stick
So bummed out!!

Did you contact "galactics" or whatever the store is that you bought it from? and have them refund you?

I've bought through the marketplace before and have received damaged stuff. I've gotten replacements from the same seller before.

You should give them a call, Cobra. They're much more accommodating when you're actually talking to one of them. If you get a person you can't understand, just hang up and try again. 99.9% of the time i have a problem, no matter how big, i hang up with a smile on my face.

I cant believe this!!!..Guess what came in the mail today??!!!....Yup, the set!!
All this crap back and forth with amazon and it arrives today, in mint condition!!!
It was in a different box, from my post office..I'm guessing my post office screwed up the amazon box and put it in thier own box, because the return address is my post office!!!
I have no clue why amazon is telling me that it was damaged and returning to them??
Wow, this is a weird one!!..But, Im just happy to have it now
