sold out @ kimchi and nova!!

any infos about the printrun??

@teddyjun

since it is a WWA steel and Korea is obviously sharing the print run with an other(or other) country(ries), we would need to know with who they are sharing the print run with, and how many copies each of the players are getting...we know for Blufans OAB it is 300 to 500 copies but for the rest I think this is not possible to determine unless the info comes directly from Warner... there will be also some FuturePaks so those countries we can count them out...but I don't think Korea got a Huge part of the pie as they sold out very quickly. This is what I think.

the thing is, lately KR releases tend to re-release with lots of goodies, slipcovers, art cards... really not sure should be placing order right away... decision decision... oops sold out already :confused::D

I like the slip... well done Korea.

I don't think it's gonna be a slip, but just the regular 1/3 banner like they have been doing for a while now...Gravity, Man Of Steel, Pacific Rim, Edge of Tomorrow etc... the other ones were all grey, this one is a different color but I don't expect for the General Korean release to do the slip treatment differently on this one (although I would love it) it's probably just gonna be the banner again.

didn't see the movie yet, so it is a blind buy.. is it a movie worth owning on steel ?

The double title on the spine make me think it'll be a 1/3 slip. ;)

is this movie worth getting on steel ? it's a blind buy for me, any input would be greatly appreciated...Love Clint Eastwood as a director, but still wondering if worth owning...(no spoiler please didn't see it yet :happy: )
Tough one there @Actarus...
This one falls squarely in the "Great-movie-but-do-I-ever-need-to-see-it-again?" Zone.
Highly subjective to the viewer. So, as blind buy I would be weighing the art alot too. And it doen't grab me. (But, I am not a big fan of these kind of portrait covers anyway). But- it might be like a Zero Dark Thirty or Hurt Locker for you, so...and it IS the biggest selling movie worldwide for 2014.
I've had it for a year. And had no urge to watch it again...
Again...not much help! Sorry! (This one is TOO subjective!)
It's a great movie. No question. It's the REWATCHABILITY question we all deal with...

this is exactly what I was thinking, first with the general Korean release they only put a 1/3 banner at bottom all around, the fact that the back doesn't go all the way to the top of the steel bothers me for General Korean Releases (ie: Edge of tomorrow etc...)... but yes I'd enjoy it but would not be indeed the type of movie I would rewatch and artwork as you said is well could have been better. I bought Lone Survivor and I could care less that it is in my collection, it was a great movie, but I don't plan on rewatching like the movies you mentionned... thanks very helpful :)

Ever since I saw the first trailer, I've been wanting to see this movie. Unfortunately, I still haven't watched it :sorry:
Even without having watched the movie I don't think its worth owning this steel. Couple of reasons: movies like this (like ZDT, Hurt Locker) you will not watch more than once so if you've already watched it, then you probably don't want to open it. Exception to this rule is when an exclusive is put out like PA's ZDT. I probably wont even open it, unless I get reeaally curious :p. Another reason: I'm not liking the art one bit. I donno if they were just lazy or this was the best art they were able to choose.
So my answer is unless there's an exclusive, it's not worth owning. If it's a movie I want in my collection after watching, I'll probably settle for a nice slip cover for $10 - $15 :D
