Reading through the posts here, I believe that the original idea was for the cover to be the "standard" orange version, but this has now been changed to the black version shown. The text "Caratula anterior" means "Previous art work".

Am I right in reading the Spanish version is 3 discs and Italian 2 disc if someone would be kind enough to confirm
