I agree... most seem to just play it safe nowadays, which is fair enough I suppose, since not everyone likes a crazy amount of 'bossing. I feel the only current Premium edition retailer to go all out with embossing is FilmArena - their Blade Runner 2049, Wind River, Deadpool 2, Venom etc. steelbooks are great examples of excellent embossing... rather than just 'bossing random features, they apply it to areas that add actual depth to the image, which looks really cool when done right IMO.

Ah, you're right about FA. I might've remembered them had I gotten around to opening my copies of BR:2049 and Deadpool 2.

Their Spider-Man Homecoming steel wasn't too shabby either. And PA's Handmaiden was a standout last year as well.

Ah, I forgot about Spidey... that's definitely another winner! Unfortunately I missed out on PA's Handmaiden, but it looks a stunner from what I've seen.

Just one they don’t mess with formats like they did with Wonder Woman - Wanted the DL but with 3D rather than 4K.

Don’t like this practice of splitting formats over editions.
Weet turned me off a couple releases recently from doing this and having the 3D in a fullslip, 4K in lenti.

Manta, if you read this - triple format or let us pick the disc, please. I’d gladly give up a 4K disc to ensure 3D in the edition artwork I want.

If I can get the lenti I want with 3D, am all over this. Money ready and waiting.

I've changed my vote to 'absolutely not'. Just bought the Lenti Digibook, watched it for the first time the other night. What a steaming pile of turd (IMO of course). Mermen riding sharks, other mermen riding giant seahorses. Firmly placing this pile of dross into my 'so bad it's good folder'.

They wanted them initially to ride cassowaries, moreporks and kiwis but those had trouble breathing under water so they had to resort to sharks and seahorses.
