Are the "exclusives" @ Best Buy going to be steelbooks?

Saw these on the web site, wondering if these are going to be steelbooks? Thanks.

I don't think RE will be, and probably not Wall Street - steelbook releases aren't the norm yet, so to be conservative, I'd say it would have to be a pretty big release to get a steelbook @ Best Buy.

The Wall Street Exclusive is just the Bluray+DVD+Digital Copy instead of just the bluray+dc other stores will get. The Resident Evil set is actually exclusive packaging but not steelbook or ironpack or anything that cool.

Best Buy list a lot of stuff and never seem to elaborate until the week of release what it actually is going to be. I've noticed now they list exclusives for 9, Van Helsing, The Mummy (1999), King Kong (2005), Bourne Ultimatum. Since these are old titles and all are already on blu-ray I wonder if these are going to be steelbooks or something?
