This is definitely the best 3D blu-ray right now and maybe to come. Any marketing word on what might be coming after Feb 2012? Steelbook collector's edition? They can package and price this any way they want and it will outsell COD:MW3 easily.

It is unknown how long Panasonic had the exclusivity contract, I read somewhere that 2012 would be the year, but so far there's no word if the rumor was true. No announcements of any kind yet.

bought this and watched this yesterday,

Best 3D movie i have seen so far, 3D was flawless, no crosstalk or ghosting at all.

just so as you all know, i had waited for this 3D version to finally be released, i have not watched it at all on tv nor did i rent it, and i am so glad i did

That picture on the OP might be from the very first release for Panny TV owners only.

I picked this up yesterday and can't believe how good the 3D looks.

And it's actually the first 3D Blu-ray I watched on my new TV. I hope it didn't spoil me and ruin all other 3D Blu's. lol
