Amazon has it and MEDIA MARKT, Saturn and Müller (with free exclusive "Black Widow" Comic)... and every other Retailer also probably!
Think even 4000 only for Germany "seems" a low number...

I agree with comments above the number is way too low, it's 15 quid at hmv.co.uk, a huge amount of people got it for £12.79 with their 20% off promotion and they ship worldwide and yet it's still available at HMV.

They also have to stock their stores in the UK on release, about 250 stores at a minimum of 5 copies each is 1250 copies without online sales!

Edit iit was £15.99 but my points still count.

I don't know about the actual release numbers at all but I'm an engineer by profession and 8K for Europe just doesn't add up, it would be sold out everywhere, it' such a big release.

Müller is a retail chain! They had the Thor 2D Steelbook and Captain America 2D Steelbook exclusive rights in Germany (ans also TinTin and Hanna Steelbooks standalone releases exclusive in Germany!)
Today they told me that they will have an exclusive "Black Widow" comic with every purchase of The Avengers (Blu-ray or DVD!)
