with all the problems that I hear with issues with fullslips and steels I am no longer excited to receive my order, I am more worried that when it gets here to open it to see what conditions they are in :wow:

they look fantastic on the Mockups in the OP and some members have wonderful copies but noticing lost of issues that makes member not too happy...nightmare for an OCD collector, I guess better make my peace with it, it is a blessing to just have them in the first place.

So is it worth getting the lenticular, or should I buy one of the slip case versions ??? I can possibly get one for £50 off ebay.
From what i've seen / heard the lenticular is the better choice. I love mine and I think its worth buying for the lenticular alone. I myself and many others have claimed its one of the best out there. The full slips are nice too though if you can't pick up a lenticular.

I've been keeping an eye on ebay and messaging people for outside ebay deals. Haggled a few sellers down to £50-55 also noticed 2 on sale with crumpled corners under the shrink wrap. So like you i'm wondering whether it's even worth it.

The actual steelbook itself is fantastic. They've done the artwork properly with Cap C at the front of the pack. I'm considering getting a damaged one for cheap, getting rid of the 3D disc and using it to keep Avengers Age Of Ultron in there too. Either that, or like you as i'm slightly OCD I want an absolutely perfect one.

the lenti is already hitting £75 + (incl post) on bids and climbing its mental, I feel bad for the collectors that didn't get one (me included)
Although I secured my copy, I hope the prices don't rise for other collectors. I know what it's like looking at kimchi's Thor and nova's Cap 2. Though I think its only natural that the prices will continue to rise. (n)

I am just waiting for my order to show up in the mail, but like you have said and the many pictures we have seen, it is now scaring me to open the box... but like I did with Frozen Blufans, Steel was Perfection, but Lentis were not perfect (micro Scratches)...but I did put my OCD on the side and just accepted it, at a point you don't have a choice to do so. And it is kinda comforting(without sounding selfish or mean), to know that you are not the only one not getting perfect copies and it is a wider spread issue...If I would have been the only one with a less than Perfect Frozen I would have not accepted it, but after hearing all the people who had similar issues than it's a manufacturing related issue and we can't do nothing about it.

But like @Apollon had said, I need to chill...with some help

Although people have been experiencing minor faults, they are only the minority. It seems likely that yours will turn up in perfect condition, I hope so at least.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, but it does scare me, I am expecting the worse, but like you have said they are minor imperfections and if it comes to that I'll live with it...what sucks is for me I prefer the FullSlip not too much a Lenti person...and it seems that it is where all the issues are. But lets just see what happens...

Mine have been sitting at the heathrow sorting depot since friday morning.
I'm thinking customs have picked them up - or they are lost in the system.
Ive read horror stories of parcels being there for months, sometimes never arriving!
Anyone else who ordered direct still waiting?

You only think that a minority have faults because only a minority of collectors open the steelbook!
The majority of collectors open their steelbooks its the minority that keep them sealed for whatever reasons they have

I got my Lenti delivered it was in perfect condition as was the steelbook itself and as usual tons of bubble wrap protecting it during transit

I should have my 2 Full Slips delivered this week and hopefully I will see tracking update early tomorrow morning to show they have arrived in Ireland

Shrink wrap also can make you see things that are not actually there after you unseal them
I sometimes get delivery of an order that's sealed and I think its damaged but when I unseal it its fine

Yes still waiting also not here yet.

But I had a similar issue with a PArcel sent from overseas. It had been sitting at Custom for 2 weeks without movement. I called my Postal service and they told me since it had not cleared Customs, technically they are not yet in the country and my Postal service could not take any action in regards to asking custom about the parcel that is just sitting there.

They suggested I contact the seller to ask him to open a ticket/inform his postal service that the Package that he shipped, has been sitting for 2 weeks at Customs and has not been cleared for delivery. After he addressed it with his Postal service, next day it cleared Customs and was shortly delivered after.

But for this procedure to take place it needs to sit at Custom a longer period of time, for example if delivery is scheduled to be delivered from 7 to 10 days, he needs to wait after the maximum delivery delay that it is supposed to be delivered by... so if you see after max delivery days that it hasn't moved contact seller and explain.
