Dont let that preview of the lenti deter you. I can gaurentee it will look a lot better in hand and wont have skewed faces. Dont know why Nova thoght it was a good idea to use that mock preview lol. The actually steelbook look great too. I too feel bad for people you cant have an incomplete collection. I would call it a cash grab but Nova knows no matter what direction they go with this title it will sell out instantly....unless of course they produce way more than 4000 Avengers steelbooks to dress up. But I think 1000 copies of each version is good enough.

Nothing official from Blufans yet, but it would make sense after the Marvel wave and GOTG that they would follow up with The Avengers.

What is the print run on this? I am just thinking how the GB orders will be fulfilled since we have 2 GBs running and there is already a lot of requests.

Probably 4k total. The 2 GBs are being run by the same person so I'm sure he has an idea of how many he'll be getting, but just like the prior GoTG GB, there was a change and most people ended up with 1 item while others got left out.

At some point the sheer number of different versions is going to be counterproductive for the retailer as once a collector decides that 5 or 6 version of the same steelbook is too expensive then they will only go for 1 version whereas previously they would have been tempted to go for 2 or 3 versions.
Damn, I feel like I'm already at that point. Between these four editions, and the six Raids :OMG::wow: I've decided to choose only one of each :greedy:

I find those double-sided slipcovers interesting, and I hope that next time Walmart releases exclusive slipcovers for their Marvel movies, they will embrace that system (it would be less expensive for collectors)

I guess you could say the more the merrier, but I have to pull the handbrake sometime and this is one of thoose moments.

I cant justify having multiple editions from multiple resellers, I sometimes wish it was more like before "back in the days" regarding collecting. I just find it more satisfying picking up an old release...guess I am getting older and older. :)

The full slips are meant to be collected as a set. All would look awesome side by side, but I just can't justify buying 3 for the same movie..

Ok, I'm so excited for this, I've taken Paul Boland advice and created an account.

A couple of questions though if somebody could answer them please.

1.) I've pre filled my address in the address book but can't set up any payment details apart from PayPal, which I don't want to do. How do I do this?

2.) what's the shipping price to the UK normally?

3.) do they take payment on dispatch, or do they take payment as soon as you order/pre order?

4.) At what time do these steel books go live UK time.

5.) And finally ... WHEN DOES THIS GO LIVE!!![emoji7]

1. You don't, just login to paypal during checkout and pay.
2. $14 ish for the cheapest option usually, which takes around a week to arrive here.
3. Payment is taken at the time you pre-order.
4 & 5. Hasn't been announced yet.

Fullslip A all the way! My god that is the killerslip of them all.

Beautiful artwork. Just love it. Type b and c are okayish, but A is the real stunner.

The way the smoke continues through the back, the depth of the colours in the smoke and the stance of Ironman.

My god... Beautiful. I only need fullslip A. ;-)

2.) what's the shipping price to the UK normally? $12 and change for single BD Kpacket. EMS is more.

3.) do they take payment on dispatch, or do they take payment as soon as you order/pre order? Payment taken at purchase.

4.) At what time do these steel books go live UK time. At any time as they go by Korean time.

5.) And finally ... WHEN DOES THIS GO LIVE!!![emoji7]

Thanks mate, really helpful.

As I don't want to use PayPal, when I go to order, I take it it gives you an option to put card details at time of order? You don't need to set it up first?

No idea if they even take card payments I'm afraid, I've always gone the PayPal route and have only placed a couple of orders with them.
FYI, you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can just enter your card details at time of purchase on the PayPal site and pay 'via card' that way if they don't take it any other.

I as soon as I just read that about using your card through PayPal, I nearly shot myself! I've been doing that for years through eBay transactions!! And now the pennies dropped! I'm having an off day today!

Thanks mate
