It's the US being awkward along with a few other countries. (day/month/year is considerably more common world wide and in the case of card expiry dates - mm/yy instead of yy/mm).

They do ship to the UK with no worries. Just leave instructions to mark as a low value and you should avoid customs fees.

When there is a listing on their store, it'll be posted here and added to the first post so it's easily accessible.
